For a "tee joint," which typically requires a total of three welds for one branch, our processing allows for welding at just one location (1/3) for each branch. Additionally, the branch sections where residual materials used to accumulate are now designed with a smooth R shape due to our processing, allowing for smooth flow and avoiding stress concentration, which contributes to increased seismic strength. Furthermore, our company has been a pioneer in burring processing in Japan for 45 years.
